Food Network cook Paula Deen will open her new tour with a show at the Durham Performing Arts Center on June 5. Ticketholders from a canceled February show will be able to attend.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Food Network cook Paula Deen will open her new tour with a show at the Durham Performing Arts Center in June, officials announced Thursday.

The June 5 show comes after Deen canceled shows in Durham, Charlotte and four other cities in February.

&quot;Due to overwhelming demand, DPAC has secured the opening date of Paula Deen's brand-new tour,&quot; a press release from DPAC stated.

Ticketholders for the canceled February show will have the option to get tickets for the new show. They should e-mail customerservice@dpacnc.com for more information, DPAC representatives said.

Tickets for the June 5 show go on sale May 3.
