Sushi is the ultimate test.
It's typically one of my first-date topics of conversation and loving it is something I have in common with most of my friends.
Yet when organizing a large dinner party there is always one or two who absolutely despise even the sight of it.
Cowfish opened its first location in Charlotte last year and hasn't slowed down since. Their MO is simple: provide the best burgers AND best sushi in town. If you're really living on the edge try an item off the "Burgushi" menu...where the worlds of burgers and sushi collide.
