Man charged in Falls of Neuse McDonalds shooting
According to an arrest warrant, Mandrell Antonio Johnson "discharged" a 40 Smith&Weston handgun into the Falls of Neuse Road McDonalds.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — WRAL News learned Tuesday the man who shot into a Falls of Neuse Road McDonalds has been charged.
According to the arrest warrant, Mandrell Antonio Johnson, 21, was charged with five felonies, including assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Mandrell shot inside the McDonalds, which had customers inside, and hit one employee on January 20 around 7:45 p.m. on January 20, according to the Raleigh Police Department.
The employee was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
