Elizabethtown 19-year-old charged with sex acts with children
Cumberland County sheriff’s detectives charged a Bladen County 19-year-old with engaging in sex acts with children.

Authorities arrested Joshua Clark, of 165 Upton Place in Elizabethtown, and charged him with one count of statutory rape, two counts of sex offense and one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Investigators say Clark took two girls, ages 7 and 13, to his home and allegedly forced them to perform sex acts with him.
The incidents allegedly occurred between March 1 - July 1, 2008, as well as Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 2008.
Clark was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond. He will make a first court appearance Wednesday afternoon in the Detention Center Courtroom.
