PITTSBORO, N.C. — The third woman injured in an attack at a retirement community is out of the hospital.

Rebecca Fisher, 77, was the only survivor in a Dec. 5, 2007 assault that left two people dead. Barbara Clark assaulted the women at the Galloway Ridge at Fearrington retirement community following a dispute over money, police said.

Clark, a former housekeeper for the women, is charged with killing 92-year-old Margaret Murta, 92, and Mary Corcoran, 82.
