RALEIGH, N.C. — This weekend is Easter and we know what we want that bunny to bring us.

Our Five Fave things we want in our Easter basket this year (in no particular order):

Chocolate bunnies are a staple of Easter, and for us, so is Chocolate Smiles in Cary. They offer a variety of chocolate treats, including a chocolate covered Rice Krispy Treat bunny on a stick - a must-have!
Monster Cookies - Last month, we became obsessed with these cookies. Homemade by a local Raleigh mom, these giant cookies can be found at Quality Grocery and at Marbles Kids Museum's Corner Store.
Now that she has kiosk at the Triangle Town Center in Raleigh, we wouldn't mind seeing a cupcake from Sweet Traditions by LeAne in our basket this year. I personally love the cookies and cream ones.
Basically anything from It's Sugar at the Streets at Southpoint mall in Durham. They have just about every candy ever created, so you really can't go wrong!
Big Bundts and More is offering cute baked goods perfect for that Easter basket. Their baby bundt cakes are delicious and are even decorated like little chicks! Check them out at their regular store in Durham off of Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on Saturdays at the Chapel Hill Farmers Market from 8 a.m. until noon.
