UNC Health on Wednesday said Dr. Paul Chelminski, an internal medicine physician, was on the flight and is in "good condition." There was no update on the pilot, who was taken to Duke University Hospital in Durham.

A woman and child reported missing from Durham were found Wednesday morning. An off-duty Durham police officer located Ashli Nicole Green, 27, and Rashad Tylee Eaborn, 4, at the bus station, at 515 Pettigrew St.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A woman and child reported missing from Durham were found Wednesday morning. An off-duty Durham police officer located Ashli Nicole Green, 27, and Rashad Tylee Eaborn, 4, at the bus station, at 515 Pettigrew St.

Both are safe, police spokeswoman Kammie Michael said. 

The pair was last seen at the same bus station July 18, and on Tuesday police asked for help from the public in looking for them. 

Police said Green is friends with Rashad's mother, but they did not classify the case as a kidnapping. Michael said she didn't anticipate any charges against Green.
