Durham's American Tobacco Campus is expanding
Capitol Broadcasting Company, which owns American Tobacco Campus and WRAL, purchased the University Ford lot in 2016. Soon the 11-acre site will be transformed into a downtown destination to include offices, residences, restaurants, shopping, and even a boutique movie theater and grocery store.
