Donnell Burris

— A young man with special needs ran away from his caregiver Tuesday at Riverside High School in Durham, and authorities spent about three hours searching for him.

Donnell Burris is described as a 21-year-old black man, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He was last seen at the school just after noon wearing a gray T-shirt, khaki or camouflage shorts and carrying a black backpack.

The Durham County Sheriff's Office asked for help from the public, and Burris was located around 3:30 p.m.
