Durham police seek tips in home shootings

— Durham police are asking for the public's help in its investigation of three shootings into occupied homes that happened within 15 minutes Friday night.

In each case, a small white car and a small dark car were seen fleeing the area.

The shootings happened around 11:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of Amberley Drive, 1100 block of North Guthrie Avenue and the 2600 block of Ashe Street, police said.
