Durham police seek help in finding driver involved in hit-and-run

The Durham Police Department is investigating an accident involving a pedestrian at West Club Boulevard and Dollar Avenue in Durham Wednesday.

DURHAM, N.C. — One person was seriously injured around 8 p.m. on Wednesday after a hit-and-run.

Durham police said the pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. He was walking at West Club Boulevard and Dollar Avenue when he was hit.

The authorities are still searching for the person responsible and are asking for the public's help.

Security video shows the driver was in a white sedan.
