Durham police probe string of break-ins

Durham police are investigating three break-ins within five weeks at Credit Financial Services at 100 West Morgan St.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are investigating three break-ins within five weeks at Credit Financial Services at 100 West Morgan St.

The break-ins were reported on May 4, June 3 and June 5. Items taken in the break-ins included cash and computer equipment.

A possible suspect was described as a black male, 16 to 25 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a ball cap, burgundy shorts and a striped polo shirt.
