— Durham Police are offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in an April shooting on Danube Lane.

On April 29, officers responding to a traffic accident at the intersection of Old Oxford Highway and Danube Lane found Tony Bernard Williams, 25, of Duke Homestead Road, dead inside a wrecked, brown Honda Accord.

Witnesses told police that Williams had been sitting in his car, talking to people in a small silver or white car, when shots rang out and the smaller car sped off.

No charges have been filed and no motive has been established.

Anyone with information is asked to Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases, and callers never have to identify themselves.
