Durham police: Man found shot on the side of the road had drugs, gun
A man was found shot on the side of the road in Durham early Monday morning.

DURHAM, N.C. — A man was found shot on the side of the road in Durham early Monday morning.
According to the Durham Police Department, the man was found with multiple gunshot wounds around 4 a.m. close to the Cecil Street and South Alston Avenue intersection.
He was taken to the hospital, where a gun and drugs were found in his possession.
The victim is in custody of Durham police.
