Durham police were investigating after they said they responded to a person who was shot Tuesday evening.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham police were investigating after they said they responded to a person who was shot Tuesday evening.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of Briar Rose Lane to a shooting call at 6:45 p.m. They found a man with a gunshot would that appeared to be non-life-threatening at the time. The victim was outside when he was shot.

The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200.
