Jose Garcia, of the 5200 block of Old Hillsborough Road, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 200 pounds.

Police say Garcia fatally shot Erick Valencia-Diaz, of Durham, at about 2:20 a.m. on Sept. 20.

Anyone with information on Garcia's whereabouts should call Durham Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.
