Mayor Bill Bell and City Councilman Thomas Stith will take part in the forum sponsored by the Duke College Republicans and Duke Democrats.<br />

The two candidates have criticized each other over the Duke lacrosse case and crime in the Bull City.

The forum will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Duke's Page Auditorium.
