Durham man wanted on felony child abuse charge

Terrance Rayon Thompson, 25, and Tameika Sade Richardson, 23, both of 4001 Meriwether Drive, are both charged with felony child abuse in a case involving a 5-month-old girl, police said.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are trying to locate a man who is wanted on a felony child abuse charge.

Terrance Rayon Thompson, 25, and Tameika Sade Richardson, 23, both of 4001 Meriwether Drive, are both charged with felony child abuse in a case involving a 5-month-old girl, police said.

The infant suffered a fractured arm in April and was treated at Duke University Hospital.

Richardson was arrested Tuesday and was being held at the Durham County Jail under a $30,000 bond.
