— Deputies with the Durham County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help with information in an armed robbery that happened Oct. 30.

Investigators said around 10:10 on Oct. 30, two men wearing hooded jackets entered the BP Station located at 5109 Guess Rd. Video of the robbery can be seen below.

Officials said the first suspect entered alone and walked around the store pretending to shop. A few moments later, the second man ran in with a knapsack, pointed a handgun at the head of the clerk and demanded he open the registers and put the money in his bag.

Officials said the men ran out of the store westbound onto Umstead Drive towards a dark-colored SUV, which was parked on a vacant lot. The SUV fled west on Umstead Drive.
