Durham bank robbed twice in four days

Durham, N.C. — A Durham bank that was robbed Monday was held up again Thursday morning, police said.
In both robberies, a man entered the BB&T branch at 5407 S. Miami Blvd. at about 10 a.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money. No weapon was displayed in either crime, and no one was injured.
The description of the robber is similar in both cases: a black man in his 40s or 50s, about 6 feet or 6 feet 2 inches tall and 230 pounds. On Monday, the robber was dressed in a light gray sweatsuit, while the robber was wearing a gray-and-green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark sneakers on Thursday.
