Drownings reported at Falls Lake, Kerr Lake
Two men have drowned in less than two days at Falls Lake and Kerr Lake, authorities said Monday.

The Vance County Sheriff's Office got a call at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday that a man had gone under the water and didn't resurface at Kerr Lake while trying to retrieve a boat that had drifted away from shore.
The Vance County Rescue Squad recovered Jody Brooks Massey’s body.
Durham County deputies and paramedics were called to the Rollingview boat ramp at Falls Lake shortly after 1 p.m. Monday after a man went into the water but didn't resurface.
Durham County Sheriff's Office and Durham County Fire Department search and rescue teams recovered the body of Juan Molinaro Licea, 36, of Durham.
