Drop unused prescription drugs at these locations for safe disposal

Saturday is a national "diversion day" for prescription drugs. 

The event, sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), provides a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of unwanted or unneeded prescription drugs.

Local law enforcement agencies, pharmacies, hospitals or other locations open their doors to collection the drugs and safety dispose of them. All medicines dropped off at these locations are then destroyed so that they don't fall in to the wrong hands.
