Driver, victim disappear after Cary hit-and-run

Cary police were searching for a driver and a motorcyclist rider after a hit-and-run Saturday.

CARY, N.C. — Cary police were searching for a driver and a motorcyclist rider after a hit-and-run Saturday.

Police said that the car struck the motorcycle at Cary Towne Boulevard and Interstate 40 around 1:40 p.m. The car driver fled the scene, and the motorcyclist jumped into another car and also left, police said.

Additional details were not available Saturday afternoon.
