Driver shot in car outside Raleigh bar, wrecks car
A person was shot while driving and wrecked into another car at around 12 a.m. Sunday morning, according to officials.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — A person was shot while driving and wrecked into another car at around 12 a.m. Sunday morning, according to officials.
The wreck happened in the area of Trawick Road and Lake Woodward Drive near the Star Bar and Raleigh Christian Academy.
Trawick Road was shut down in both directions because of the shooting and wreck at around 3 a.m.
The gunshot victim was transported to WakeMed for injuries.
No other details about the accident and shooting were made available to the public.
