There's a new email scam going around that many people have fallen victim to recently, claiming it's time to renew an online subscription.

Watch out if you receive one of these emails so you don't waste your money.

Many people have laptops with Microsoft Windows, Norton, Mcafee or Geek Squad protection. People who have these services have been receiving emails telling them they need to renew their subscriptions, but these have turned out to be fraudulent.

These scams are easy to fall for, especially if you're someone who has numerous subscriptions. It can be difficult to remember exactly which subscriptions you have, but it's important to keep track of them.

These emails can look very legitimate, so make sure you verify their legitimacy before giving out any personal information.

If you receive one of these emails, do not click any of the links or call any of the phone numbers in the email. Find the companies' contact information on their official websites, and contact them directly to verify the email you received.
