Raleigh Police Department Lieutenant James Stokes said there is a "robust security plan" in place for this weekend's Dreamville music festival. It includes support from multiple law enforcement agencies throughout Wake County.
Dreamville, a music festival created by Fayetteville native and rapper J. Cole, will be held Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2.
