AFTER POLICE SEIZED THE CAR, 29- YEAR-OLD WILLIE LANGSTON JR. OF LA GRANGE CAME FORWARD CLAIMING IT WAS HIS. HE WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. LANGSTON IS BEING CHARGED WITH MURDER. GOLDSBORO POLICE CHIEF MIKE WEST WENT DOOR TO DOOR IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE THE GRUESOME DISCOVERY OF THE TORSO WITH MISSING LIMBS WAS FOUND TO HELP PUT THE COMMUNITY AT EASE.
