Dish Network could owe people up to $1,200 as a result of a telemarketing lawsuit brought against the company.

In 2014, Thomas Krakauer sued the company in North Carolina federal district court, alleging that a Dish authorized retailer illegally made telemarketing calls to him while his number was on the national Do Not Call Registry.

A jury in January 2017 found that Dish was liable for the calls placed to telephone numbers on the registry and that those who received telemarketing calls from Dish between May 11, 2010 and Aug. 1, 2011 may submit claims for reimbursement.

According to a website detailing the class action lawsuit, eligible applicants could receive a maximum payment of $1,200. That amount may be reduced some by the court to pay attorney’s fees and costs requested by lawyers who tried the case.

The deadline to file a claim is June 18.
