HE'S PASTOR OF LOVE WINDS MINISTRY IN RALEIGH. INVESTIGATORS SAY THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ON A FLIGHT TO DETROIT FROM LAS VEGAS THIS MONTH. A WOMAN WAS ASLEEP ON THE RED EYE FLIGHT SITTING NEXT TO HIM, AND SHE WOKE UP AND SAW HIM RELIEVING HIMSELF ON HER. AN OFF DUTY OFFICER WAS ON THE FLIGHT AND DETAINED HIM. DOCUMENTS SHOW THE PASTOR ADMITTED TO HAVING TWO DRINKS FOLLOWED BY AN AMBIEN. HE RELEASED A STATEMENT SAYING THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME HE HAD TAKEN SLEEP MEDICINE. AND HE APOLOGIZED TO THE PASSENGER. HE WENT ON TO SAY, QUOTE, I WANT TO PLEASE ASK EVERYONE FOR THEIR FORGIVENESS IN THIS. I NEVER INTENDED OR WANTED FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. HE WAS TICKETED FOR SIMPLE ASSAULT FOR THE INCIDENT.
