Despite 'Wheel of Fortune' flub, Apex man is heading to Spain

Airbnb is giving Jonny a $7,100 trip, which includes flights, and Airbnb in Spain and most importantly, flamenco dance lessons.

“After filming, it took some time to process what just happened. One month later, after an incredibly crazy day, I found out I'm getting a chance to go on the trip thanks to Airbnb, and I couldn't be any more excited to flamenco dance the night away in Spain," he said.

Jonny lost his money while solving a Wheel of Fortune puzzle. The board read “Flamenco dance lessons,” but he pronounced the word as “flamingo,” which cost him $7,100.

However, Jonny rebounded by solving the final puzzle of the night and taking home more than $19,000.
