A 72-year-old Fayetteville man was found dead in his home Monday morning of an apparent gunshot wound, police said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 72-year-old Fayetteville man was found dead in his home Monday morning of an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
James Bryant, of 821 Oxford Street, was discovered inside his home by a friend at approximately 8:45 a.m., police said.
No arrests were announced as of Monday afternoon.
