Cumberland school bus involved in wreck
Eleven Cumberland County students were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after their school bus was involved in a wreck, authorities said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Eleven Cumberland County students were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after their school bus was involved in a wreck, authorities said.
A Subaru rear-ended the bus at Bonanza Drive and Morganton Road shortly after 8 a.m., police Sgt. J. Somerindyke said. Eleven students complained of injury and were taken to the hospital by EMS crews or parents.
School bus No. 560 was headed to Westover Middle School., schools spokeswoman Teresa Perry said.
Charges in connection with the wreck are pending, Somerindyke said.
