CARY, N.C. — A car crash closed four lanes of Interstate 40 near Harrison Avenue in Cary on Saturday afternoon.
Traffic was backed up in both directions as crews worked to clear the crash.
Two left lanes on I-40 westbound and two right lanes on I-40 eastbound were closed.
The lanes reopened around 4 p.m.
