COVID just another routine test for the Class of 2021
University seniors have adapted regular COVID-19 testing into their schedules for months, even finding comfort in the routine.
It's weird to think about our time as a college student is like coming to an end. Yeah, yeah, The semester state has done a really good job of making testing available for all students and on a weekly basis. I get tested every week. I think that that has helped everyone, including myself, just feel a little bit more secure and that they know every like, few days, whether or not their friends or positive or negative. With the warmer weather and the vaccination is rolling out, its exciting. I think it'll be a good book end to this crazy chapter of Covid 19. I think it would be nice to end it with, like, Happy Springtime and do the like. We're on the verge of going back to normal. So that's definitely, um, really encouraging for me were sort of now wanting to make the best of our last few weeks here. It's about the people and like the memories you know that you make here and I think that it's the people that make the college experience. I feel like I would have yeah had a much more superficial senior year experience without this, just kind of like getting caught up in the parties and, you know, walking around campus and spending time in library like, Oh, that's really fun. But you don't end up spending as much time with the people who mean the most to you, I think, and at least that's like a silver lining. I think of everything covid. All of our friends are concentrated right here. And so that's what I'm trying to hold on to now is just like hang out with people, um, like outside and socially distance as best as I can, even though this year sort of feels like it's been all over the place and a lot of people feel like their senior year was ruined. I think at least as we're going into the world, it will start to open up now. It's like finishing up college. What's next?
