FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The Eaton Corporation is back in a wooded area off Doc Bennett Road in Fayetteville.

According to the company's web page, it manufactures electrical control products for motors and pumps. Many of their products are used in hospitals.

Employees say on Tuesday, May 26, they received an email informing them that one of their co-workers tested positive for COVID-19.

The next day another email stating a second employee tested positive.

The email explained the company had identified the areas the infected employee was in, and they were disinfecting and cleaning the infected areas.

They have also identified the individuals who came in contact with the infected employee and have been told to quarantine.

They ensured they were maintaining overall heightened levels of cleaning and disinfection...

And were following company and health officials guidelines for quarantines, disinfection and return to work policies.

Several employees say they still don't feel safe.

"We got some little spray stuff," one employee said. "They say, 'Oh, this will work, just clean the area,' We mingle with everybody, we're everywhere, and for sure we have been in contact with these people."

Eaton responded to WRAL News informing us of a third positive test among employees and outlined the steps they are taking to keep others safe.
