A number of stores, including grocery stores and retailers, will be closed or have limited hours on Easter Sunday.
Most retailers are temporarily closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but some have been allowed to remain open because they have been deemed "essential" while the stay-at-home orders are in place.
Following are the store hours announced by corporate offices. Some individual stores hours may be different because of the ever-changing situation during this pandemic.
Stores Open on Easter Sunday
CVS: Most stores open current hours
Carlie C's: Most stores open 7 am- 3 pm (7 am - 8 am is set aside for Senior shopping)
Dollar General: Most stores open current hours
Food Lion: Most stores open current hours
Harris Teeter: Most stores open 7 am to 8 pm
Lidl: Open 8 am - 6 pm according to their website
Lowes Foods: Open 7 am - 3 pm on Sunday, April 12 and 8 am to 9 pm on April 13
The Fresh Market: Most stores open 8 am - 4 pm
Walgreens: Most stores open current hours
Walmart: Most stores open current hours
Wegmans: Open 7 am – 10 pm at the Raleigh, NC location
Whole Foods: Open 9 am - 6 pm
The Home Depot: Open 8 am - 6 pm
