Megan Blankenbiller used some of her final words to plead with others to get vaccinated – to not make the same mistake she did.

"I shouldn't have waited," she said between breaths in her final video, which was posted from a hospital room on August 15.

"Go get it. Don't wait. Go get it. Because hopefully if you get it then you won't end up in the hospital like me," she said to her thousands of followers.

The video has been viewed more than a million times.

Blankenbiller said she was not anti-vax. However, like many people, she was still doing research and was nervous about the new vaccines.

"I was scared, and I wanted me and my family to all do it at the same time. And as I'm sure you guys know, it's hard to get everyone to agree on something if people feel differently," she said.

Blankenbiller, who appeared to struggle to catch her breath, said not having gotten vaccinated "was a mistake."

The video was posted a little more than a week before Blankenbiller died. Her sister Cristina Blankenbiller confirmed her death in a Facebook post, according to NBC.
