Fall semester begins at NC State with new rules for unvaccinated

The rule applies to all students, faculty and staff.

Currently, roughly 60% of the campus community has shared proof of vaccination with the university. The remaining students, faculty and staff have been assigned a day for weekly testing at one of seven locations on campus.

Experts say that more than 70% of people should be vaccinated in order for herd immunity to be achieved.
