These are like mini meal kits that include vegetables, herbs, butter, seasoning. They don't have any preservatives or artificial ingredients and all you really have to do is mix eggs and cook. And I will show you how to do just that with a simple omelette. But we will also use some additional ingredients and make baked eggs and puff pastry cups and egg fried rice. And watch me do all three of those within minutes at kids coming five different flavors. And for our omelet today we're going to be using the mushroom, red bell pepper and green onions for the omelet. All we really need is the etiquette, two tablespoons of water and two eggs. And we just mix it all together and cook. Yeah and that right there is our egg mix. We will start by heating a little bit of oil in the skillet at medium heat. You could use butter or cooking spray, whatever works for you. And then we'll simply add the egg mix and cook like an omelet. Yeah, maybe here is our mushroom, red bell peppers and green onion omelet for the egg fried rice.
