Cook like the Fair: Robinson Ferry's Smoked Brisket Cheddar Fries

I'm happy to say that we are partnering again this year with our good friends at W. R, E, l and US Foods to bring you this exciting Siri's this time with a twist. We're doing a state fair edition, so you're going to get to see some of your favorite vendors making those delicious dishes as well as local chefs doing they renditions of state fair food. My name is Ryan Grim and on the chef owner here, Robinson Berry in warrants in North Carolina. What I'm gonna miss most about the state fair this year is getting to jump from foods. All the food stall on all the deliciousness that entails here for our NC state fair menu way have our caramel apple dream with caramel apples. We have our monkey business cocktail with deep fried bananas. Way have our fried Elvis bananas with chocolate, caramel and peanut butter dipping sauce. And then we have smoked brisket fries. We hope you guys join us. And don't miss the state fair. Too much is you enjoy all these delicious items. All right, you guys. Now we're gonna make our Elvis fried banana wontons gonna start off with some banana place that right in the center of her wanton rapper followed by a little bit of bacon, followed by a little bit of chocolate. Keep a little egg wash going all the way around. Gonna wrap this up. We're gonna toss in the deep fryer served with peanut butter cream, little peanut butter dipping sauce on. There we go. All right, You guys want to drop our our banana peanut butter chocolate wontons and hey, you guys. Now we're gonna go ahead and make our brisket fries. Um, to me, nothing says state fair more than fried food and smoked meat. So we're gonna start with a layer of cheddar cheese. Want to get on some of our smoked brisket? I just I just top that off a little more cheese and throw the smoker, And then when it comes out, we're gonna top it with some green onions. Yeah. All right, let's go ahead and four fries out on top of more grain onions. All right, you guys, we're going to go ahead and make our monkey business cocktail for our state fair menu when I start with a chocolate rimmed martini glass and we're gonna set that over on our plate of deep fried bananas with chocolate sauce. All right, we're going to add 1.5 ounces of Godiva chocolate. The court 1.5 ounces of creme de banana. Three ounces of half and half, Can you hear? And we're gonna shake that all over ice and poor. It's monkey business time. All right, you guys, let's go ahead and make our candy apple dream. Do a caramel apple rim on a coupes glass. Put that with our caramel chocolate apples. All right, we're gonna do one ounce of apple pucker. One ounce of whipped vodka, One ounce of butter snaps. Okay, Stephen. Ounces of cranberry juice. It's good. Yeah. Mhm. Nice. And we're gonna shave that. Okay, on. There we go.
