No longer works on Android TV. Used to be fine, but the launch of the new site also broke the Android TV app. Edit: 2023 and it still doesn't work at all on Android TV and the mobile app will not even load news stories when it bounces over to their sister site at Techwire. The entire app is dated and cluttered and needs a major overhaul. 2024: new update. new problems. now it doesn't load top stories. Get a new dev team or new decision makers.

I am an everyday user of the app. This morning the news wouldn't load and I needed to do the update. I tried rwice. It wouldn't load. So finally I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Again it told me I needed the update. Again it wouldn't load. What's next? Update after a couple of hours: I am getting push notifications (which I am not interested in) for stories that won't open and the app still doesn't open.

Thanks for your feedback - this is invaluable for helping us to provide a quick fix. How is it looking after our fix yesterday?

hard to find information seen on the news. does not have the latest news cast. they repeat the one from the previous day. app is slow. when it comes to weather it doesn't have the replay from the latest televised one but one they recorded in the morning with the meteorologist at the corner and the use all day. as fast as weather changes here in North Carolina I want to have the most up-to-date version. for an app that has "news" on its name it's not "new."
