Consignment sale season started a couple of weeks ago with the Kids Exchange sale in Raleigh and it continues with two sales this weekend.

Hannah's Closet, a business run by a mom and daughter duo, will be open to the public Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., when some items are half off. A fill-a-bag sale, when shoppers pay just $4 for whatever they can fit in a grocery bag, is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The sale is located at Fellowship Baptist Church in Willow Spring

The two held a sale in November and decided to switch things up with this latest sale. Instead of holding two sales a year, they'll hold just one all-seasons sale, featuring clothes, toys and gear for all seasons. Most consignment sales will be selling fall and winter items right now.

And in Clinton, Passed On will hold its sale at the Tumble Weed Gymnastics building on Southeast Boulevard. Public sale hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Some items are half off from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
We have many more consignment sales to come between now and October. I'll be doing regular posts listing the week's sales. For more, you can always check our consignment sale list.
