Outdoor summer movies are returning to Chapel Hill this summer for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Outdoor summer movies are returning to Chapel Hill this summer for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Movies Under the Stars takes place over three evenings at The Forest Theatre on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus and features some popular family flicks. Families will be encouraged to sing along with all three movies.
Here's the schedule:
- July 29, Coco
- Aug. 5, Moana
- Aug. 12, Frozen II
Movies start between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. You can get there early to get a spot.
