Coast Guard steward promoted to honorary petty officer

Clemon Terrell joined the U.S. Coast Guard as a steward in 1950 and retired in 1970. In 2014, he received a call from the governor's office saying he had been promoted to honorary petty officer and would receive the Order of the Long Leaf Pine.
