RALEIGH, N.C. — A fire broke out at a Raleigh church on Friday night.

Alarms went off at 11:30 p.m. at Crossroads Fellowship Church, on East Millbrook Road. About 70 firefighters responded, according to a Raleigh Fire Department report. The fire was contained to a warehouse area, and no injuries were reported.

Senior pastor Andy George said on Facebook that the building sustained smoke and water damage.

The fire was under control by 1 a.m. Saturday, the department’s report said.

Church services were canceled for Sunday but David Howell, executive pastor, said they hope to have services at the building by Aug. 11.
