A 10-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being struck by a water delivery truck in Chapel Hill on Thursday afternoon, police said.
Posted — UpdatedCHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A 10-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being struck by a water delivery truck in Chapel Hill on Thursday afternoon, police said.
The boy was on his bike when the truck hit him at the intersection of Somerset and Huntington drives.
The child’s injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening, police said.
The incident remains under investigation.
