Charlotte police find missing boy, 4
Police in Charlotte have found a missing boy who disappeared from his apartment sometime early Friday.

The mother of Justin Villeda Idiarte called law enforcement officers to their home at the Emerald Bay Apartments, located at 6600 block of Montcrest Drive, shortly before 1 a.m.
The boy's mother said she heard the boy get up and assumed he was going to the bathroom. When she woke up again, she learned that the boy was no longer in the apartment.
Police used a helicopter and a K9 unit to search for the boy.
Police said the boy went to a nearby apartment and told the neighbor that he just woke up and didn't think his parents were home.
