RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man has been charged with murder after his girlfriend died from a wound she suffered in an April shooting, police said Tuesday.

Nancy Margarita Pedraza, 23, was shot in the neck during an April 27 argument in a car parked outside a condominium complex at 4911 Hollenden Drive, off Spring Forest Road, police said.
