Celebrating a Sesquicentennial With Chocolate

The chocolate company that Etienne Guittard founded in San Francisco is now 150 years old, and to mark the occasion, the Burlingame, California, company is introducing an all-purpose, limited-edition blend for kitchen use. The blend, Eureka Works, is a 62 percent dark chocolate bar that conveys fruitiness with good acid balance and lingering sweetness in the finish.
