Cary woman charged with felony statutory rape
A 34-year-old Cary woman is facing statutory rape charges after police say she had sex with a 15-year-old.

CARY, N.C. — A 34-year-old Cary woman is facing statutory rape charges after police say she had sex with a 15-year-old.
Michelle Nicole Davis, of Pony Club Circle, was arrested Friday and charged with three felony counts of statutory rape. She was being held at the Wake County jail under a $1 million bond.
According to arrest warrants, Davis had sex with the same teen on three separate occasions last month. She was ordered not to have any contact with the victim or with children under 17 without supervision.
